A well-established and collaborative Building Consultancy are currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to become part of their Leeds based team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for leading a variety of projects across sectors including MoD, MoJ, industrial & warehouse, and office. As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be working closely with a sociable and close-knit team to deliver professional services including dilapidations, condition reports, party wall, defect analysis, measured surveys and acquisition surveys. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity, ideal for a career-driven Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to progress towards an Associate level position and is eager to embrace further responsibility moving forward.
