Support development and delivery of Building Consultancy services in the North and nationally (UK), driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, governance, and retention and development of our client base. Deliver 2.5x remuneration package in fees annually through delivery of Building Consultancy Services to clients. Assist in growing the customer base to positively contribute to the growth and financial performance of the business overall. Be a valuable team member within the Building Consultancy business unit, ensuring that the company culture and behaviors are always displayed. Work collaboratively with other divisions to achieve TRE targets and present a seamless approach to clients. Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients. Adhere to Concerto CRM, CASE, and Quality Management processes, developing the Building Consultancy service line with Regional Leads and the Head of Building Consultancy. Support other TRE business units where required/appropriate. How will you be the change?

As a Senior Building Surveyor with John Rowan & Partners, you’ll do it by: Delivering high-quality output across all areas of service delivery undertaken. Delivering a minimum 2.5x remuneration package in fees through personal delivery or contribution. Developing a network and working collaboratively with all contacts, internally and externally. Attending and contributing to T&RE Building Consultancy Meetings where required. Supporting colleagues where appropriate. Understanding and applying commercial and financial principles, viewing issues in terms of client service excellence, costs, profits, markets, and added value. Exhibiting good strategic thinking abilities, translating strategies into specific objectives and actions. Creating new and imaginative approaches to work-related issues, identifying fresh approaches, and showing a willingness to question traditional assumptions. Demonstrating personal motivation and commitment to work hard towards goals. Possessing good knowledge of the Building Consultancy market and wider industry. What does it take? If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and own it as a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll need: Working towards membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). A high degree of direction, self-reliance, assertiveness, and the ability to hit the ground running. The ability to interpret business needs and promote decisive action. The ability to challenge positively and debate confidently. Skills to resolve difficult issues using appropriate conflict resolution techniques. Strong planning, communication, and people skills, together with a “hands-on” approach. Good stakeholder/client management skills, with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of Bellrock’s business and clients’ business dynamics. An entrepreneurial approach to business, constantly seeking opportunities for growth. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
