This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding team, offering a wide range of commercial consultancy services to a diverse client base. The role is an excellent opportunity to assume more responsibility, obtain experience in managing and supervising junior team members, and build direct relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiating skills in a customer service driven, client-facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent, and well organized. The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.
