The Senior Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work closely with the Surveying team in North London to deliver a broad range of work across various sectors including: cladding, remediation, retrofit, estate wide regeneration, rooftop development, and traditional building work.
Day to day, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a leading role in: Advising on construction, renovation, and compliance with building regulations Leading and delivering projects from inception to completion Preparing detailed reports from site inspections Being client-facing Beginning to take on more managerial tasks with the view of moving into an Associate role
The Senior Building Surveyor 7+ years Building Surveying experience MRICS would be desirable Strong technical knowledge Comfortable delivering projects independently Hold a RICS accredited degree Strong communication skills
