The successful Senior Building Surveyor will deliver expert advice to a variety of landlords and tenants across the retail, industrial, office, and leisure sectors. In this role, you will undertake the full range of building consultancy services, including contract administration, project management, dilapidations, RCAs, and PPMs. You will have the opportunity to manage an exciting and diverse portfolio of clients, with the autonomy to drive projects forward while enjoying the support of a collaborative team.
