The Senior Building Surveyor Role As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead projects from inception to completion, managing an exciting and varied portfolio across retail, education, healthcare, and public sectors. With a strong focus on design and specification, you'll play a critical role in ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Design and specification of new structures and renovations. Preparing specifications, obtaining tenders, and managing contract documents. Overseeing contract administration. Leading building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations. Engaging with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have: Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (ideally RICS-accredited). Experience:

MRICS qualification or equivalent level of experience. Expertise:

Well-rounded knowledge of professional and project services. Attributes:

Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects effectively. Desirable:

Public sector project experience would be advantageous. In Return: Salary:
