The Successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role The Senior Building Surveyor will handle a wide array of responsibilities, including contract administration, dilapidations, acquisition surveys, and party wall matters.

The role offers the chance to work across residential, mixed-use, regeneration, and remediation sectors, engaging with a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality surveying services to varied client portfolios Lead on contract administration, dilapidations, and acquisition surveys Address party wall matters with expertise Manage relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Building Surveying team

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential) RICS-accredited degree (essential) Experience in the public sector or construction-focused background Comprehensive service line knowledge and attention to detail Business-driven, proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills
