Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary practice, is seeking a motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Stockport. Due to increasing workload, we are looking for an ambitious individual to contribute to a variety of projects across the education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for designing and managing both projects and professional work. Key responsibilities include: Conducting condition surveys Writing reports Preparing funding bids and budget estimates Drafting tender specifications Managing planning and building regulations applications Overseeing contract administration and project management from initial design through procurement and on-site delivery

Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Position Overview Working within a multi-disciplinary team in Stockport, you will engage in project management and building surveying across sectors such as education, healthcare, ecclesiastical, and commercial. You will specialize in education building consultancy and be recognized as an expert in this field, providing a wide range of professional services, including architecture, surveying, engineering, facilities management, energy advice, sustainability, and health and safety consultation.

Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor Requirements Minimum of 3 years of practical experience RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident in client-facing roles Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in IT, including AutoCAD UK driving licence is essential Enhanced DBS check will be required upon appointment
