They deliver the full range of surveying services inclusive of Building/Acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition, Contract Administration & Project Management, Principal Designer/CDM roles, Planned Preventative Maintenance Plans (PPMP), Statutory Approval, Cost Consultancy and Condition Reports.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Building Surveyor (Chartered and above). The role involves day-to-day tasks related to building/acquisition surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, project management, and more across multiple sectors.
Qualifications
MRICS Extensive experience in building/acquisition surveys and project management Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Ability to lead and train/advise junior members of the team Full UK driving licence
