This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. Our client is a vibrant, young, and growing Higher Education provider in Western Australia, looking for a great Business Analyst to join their team to help with Higher Education projects in WA. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with ideally an agile and ERP/Business Enterprise systems background. 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Play a crucial role in advancing our client's Student Management System technological capabilities. Full-time appointment on any arrangement, whether it is a 12-month fixed term, permanent, or 6 months hourly rate engagement based on experience and candidates' preferences. Base salary range: HEW08 Higher education and $700 to $800 per day base plus 11.5% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours (15% casual loading included). Higher Education award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and superannuation. Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge gaps between current and desired states. Assist in the development and implementation of enterprise systems. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Proven experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification. Experience with specific enterprise systems used by the client.
