There are actually 2 positions available: one is an analyst role with a focus on data management and reporting; the second opening has a focus towards partnering and stakeholder management. Responsibilities:

Liaise and influence the wider business: partnering with finance, marketing, commercial, and sales. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to provide insights into business performance. Lead on the delivery of bespoke marketing and information campaigns both internally and with our partners. Work closely with our operational teams to align plans and strategies to meet our retention targets. Collaborate with our commercial and finance partners to build business cases to support product and pricing developments. Support the Commercial Director and the Senior Management Team with insights into new business, retention, and renewal financials and performance.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Business Partner / Finance Analyst / Marketing Analyst, or similar analysis / stakeholder management role. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting. Ability to interpret financial data, write reports, and conduct financial / marketing analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious and possess a real passion for personal development.
