Senior Business Analyst required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. This role will be based in the office approximately twice a week, with the remainder from home.
We need a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven Stakeholder Management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in an environment where 'time is precious' and the focus is on being effective in the time allocated for executing solutions.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications (please read in FULL before applying): Professional Services experience or knowledge (or a very close, like-for-like industry) Understanding that this is NOT an IT Business Analyst role; it is business-facing with a focus on operational processes Business-related Stakeholder Management skills, not just technology skills Proven experience with Business Stakeholders / Fee Earners who are very 'time precious' Understanding of firm-wide and programme complexity, including Change Management Proven experience in a FULL project lifecycle, from start to finish Ability to analyze values and initiatives to apply the correct level of resources to each respective requirement/project Ability to articulate the techniques you used and your specific contributions (e.g., I was responsible for..., I influenced..., I impacted the project by...)
