Senior Business Analyst & Designer – Finance Specialist
A leading global manufacturer is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Financial Systems team, to provide the following activities: To understand Finance business objectives, processes and procedures and the systems that support them. To define finance business requirements with key business people, agree on the functional design, and convert the functional requirements into acceptable system designs with the technical IS teams. To define the finance business acceptance criteria with key business people and support the execution of IS integration and systems testing to ensure the finance functional requirements are met by the IS solution. To define, review, and support the execution of the user acceptance plans to get finance team and business sign-off for the system. To monitor Finance activities in the company systems and develop processes to ensure the effective and efficient processing of financial data, further extending the range of management tools and reports used to inform finance teams of business activities. The following experience is required: Knowledge of Oracle EBS (Oracle Financials – GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) to R12 Strong UML experience Knowledge of SQL & ability with tools – SQL enterprise manager, Toad or SQLDev Knowledge of VBA Strong interpersonal skills – tenacity, persuasion, negotiation, assertiveness Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers at all levels Strong business acumen, with the proven ability to translate design requirements into practical applications Apply now for full details.
