As a Business Analyst for Chubb’s e-trading platform (Ignite), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the platform’s functionality and user experience. Ignite is Chubb’s market-facing platform aiming at enabling our partners to generate new business autonomously, plus the digitalization of internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and articulate business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and platform functionalities. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the Ignite platform, recommending actionable solutions. User Experience Optimization: Create user stories and acceptance criteria that accurately reflect business needs and requirements, working closely with the IT team to ensure the delivery of high-quality features. Project Execution: Participate in sprint planning and prioritization sessions, ensuring that business value is maximized in the product backlog. Actively support the Agile development process by attending daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, providing insights to enhance efficiency and product outcomes. Documentation & Communication: Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption of new features. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure that platform enhancements meet their needs and streamline workflows. Maintain strong relationships with IT and data teams, ensuring alignment on platform developments and integrations. Performance Measurement & Reporting: Create and present regular reports to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, insights, and recommendations for future enhancements. Beneficial Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on actionable insights and business outcomes. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format to diverse audiences. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation software. Qualifications

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Advanced level in English(C1) Good level in Spanish and other European languages like French, Dutch, German is a strong plus. Previous insurance experience is a strong plus. Strong abilities in conducting research, data analysis, and complex problem solving. Excellent collaborator and strong interpersonal skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Job Info
