This is an exciting role, cross-cutting all council services. You will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of effective solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Council operations. You will be a great facilitator, with the ability to understand and translate business problems and opportunities into requirements. The role will require strong interpersonal skills, the confidence to challenge the status quo, and the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels across the organisation. As a senior business analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and support other analysts and influence methodologies and frameworks. We believe that our people are our most important asset.
