You will be working on
complex projects
with
high profile Insurance clients . Conduct interviews and workshops
with our clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements. Effectively
capture, understand, define and document functional and non-functional business requirements
that gather the clients' key criteria and technical requirements, and align these to our commercial and technical considerations. Partner with our service delivery and engineering teams
to support design and sign off potential new functionalities. Support the UAT process
of the INSTANDA configuration and of new functionalities. Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting. Requirements
Essential
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Core insurance knowledge is essential for this role to successfully build relationships with our clients. Experience of gathering technical business requirements. Experience of the end-to-end software delivery cycle. Extensive experience of working with development teams and external clients. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience of Agile methodologies. Experience of process and systems analysis and experience in translating requirements into User Stories for inclusion in sprints. Confident in presenting to clients, partner organisations and within INSTANDA. Experience of SaaS or platform technology solutions will be a distinct advantage. Benefits
