The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic role, involved in large, complex projects and providing expert business analysis across the organisation. This role focuses on aligning IT and business strategy, helping to drive high-impact initiatives, and mentoring other analysts to ensure the continued success of business and IT integration. Key Accountabilities Strategic Requirement Gathering: Lead requirement gathering for large-scale, strategic projects. Enterprise Analysis: Conduct enterprise-level analysis to inform strategic decisions. Solution Strategy: Develop solution strategies aligned with organisational goals. Process Optimisation: Lead the analysis of business process optimisation initiatives. Executive Stakeholder Management: Lead engagement with executive stakeholders to gather strategic requirements. Insight Leadership: Provide strategic insights to directors for process understanding. Strategic Decision Support: Support executives with in-depth analyses for decision-making. Change Management: Lead collaboration with the Change team to ensure successful solution implementation. Knowledge Leadership: Serve as an expert in business analysis practices organisation wide. Mentoring: Mentor business analysts to enhance team capabilities and skills. Education/Qualification Degree qualified in IT, Business, or related fields. Business Analysis certifications (e.g., IIBA, BCS) are highly preferred.
