GBP 38,250 - GBP 62,000 / year Description As Senior Business Analyst, you will enable public sector organisations to better design services that improve society. You will be expected to role model and lead teams with best practice in product management. Key Responsibilities Lead on Business Analysis within a client delivery team. Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions. Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives and underlying issues from investigations. Work with stakeholders to identify potential benefits and define acceptance tests. Contribute to selection of business analysis methods, tools and techniques for projects. Contribute to Made Tech's community of practice for BA and collaborate with other disciplines. Work autonomously as the only Business Analyst on an assigned project. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Agile working: identify and compare the best processes, evaluate outcomes. Business analysis: advise on identifying, analysing and communicating complex business problems. Business modelling: lead the modelling of processes, systems and data. Business process improvement: identify and lead the implementation of changes to improve operations. Stakeholder relationship management: lead stakeholder communication and resolve conflicts. Systems analysis: identify and analyze IT system capabilities. Desirable (not essential) skills Experience in re-designing legacy services and products. Maintaining a deep working knowledge of Business Analyst and research techniques. SC Eligibility Eligibility for SC requires 5 years' UK residency and 5 year' employment history (or back to full-time education).
