Responsible for documentation of requirement gathering by interacting with the business. Work with the technical teams such as solution designer, security, and T&N teams to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are adhered to and implementation of strategic IT-OT solution for CHPs in the field. Support leadership vision, strategy, and policy for developing the business stakeholder network and build relationships in order to work with them. Provide reporting details to the project manager on progress of the requirement documents. Ensure that the OT solutions are aligned with IT platforms that support the delivery of business strategy. Key responsibilities
Stakeholder management and Communication. Collaborate with multiple partners to gather requirements. Engage with business stakeholders and conduct workshops for requirement gathering. Business Consulting - Advisory Services, Process Consulting & Business Analysis. Process Mapping /Process Redesign and benchmarking as needed. Test cases and reports documentation and working with business on UAT if needed. Manage business change (including working with the business teams). Be involved with teams in application assessment, Tool Evaluation and Vendor Selection. Skills & Experience
Broad knowledge of IT and OT areas. Ability to understand complex application and OT asset landscape. Experience in documentation of requirements and mapping specifications. Experience in working in SDLC models - Agile/ Waterfall / WaGile (Waterfall with Agile). This role operates in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment, requiring flexible thinking and regular collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels within the client organization. Strong Communication, Team / interpersonal skills. Analytical /Problem Solving skills.
