Senior Business Analyst - Remote/Home-based UK

We are working with an exciting award-winning start-up Insurtech company and looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to be at the heart of strategic decision-making and product development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and help shape the company roadmap. This role is ideal for an experienced Insurance Technology Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data, user feedback, and business insights to drive digital transformation in the insurance space.

Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Working closely with stakeholders to understand specific needs for each client technology solution Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for products, features, and enhancements Analyse data to uncover insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations that support our product and business goals Explore and enhance business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction Collaborate with Technical Teams to design and validate solutions that align with both business and customer needs Maintain strong relationships across teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines Requirements Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with solid insurance technology expertise Education: Degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on data analysis or business Proven ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations Expertise in requirements gathering, data analysis, and process optimization Proficiency with Agile methodology and tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels A proactive, problem-solving approach and a passion for driving digital transformation If you think you're suitable for this role, then please click 'APPLY' now!
