We’re looking for someone to join us during an exciting time of growth and development. Our Global Delivery function is maturing its approach and aligning closely with our vision and strategy by launching a new service: ‘PMaaS’ (Project Management as a Service). Empowering teams to deliver high-quality work sustainably, while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the PMaaS service. What you'll bring: Experience in managing complex project and programme budgets, including projects valued in the £m’s. Proficiency in delivering Business Change, Technology, and Technical Infrastructure projects across geographically distributed businesses in a federated environment. Skilled in engaging with end users to plan business readiness activities that maximise adoption and satisfaction. A goal-focused attitude, with the ability to align decisions with broader business goals and expected outcomes. Effective leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences. If you’re excited to work at the center of technological developments, partnering with well-known food brands to deliver significant change and transformation projects, this role is for you! Joining our team at this critical stage offers a unique opportunity for growth and development as we embark on an exciting journey to expand and enhance our capabilities. Location Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture.
