Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and approach potential clients in the contractor payroll, umbrella, and financial services sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
