The Senior Business Development Manager, a crucial appointment in realising this ambition, is an exciting opportunity to help them increase profitability and ultimately unlock the potential of their market proposition across their 3 key business revenue streams. You will ultimately be responsible for the performance of the broader Business Development Team. Role and Responsibilities:

Compiling sales plans. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle to promote low risk and predictable performance. Accurate and dependable forecasting that the business can rely on to support its development plans. 5+ years of sales experience, with experience of having sold Tech into the Construction sector. Demonstrable experience of managing the full sales cycle. Strong leadership experience, and able to demonstrate performance of managing/leading a sales team. Passion for technology, high level of technical understanding of IT tools. Note that the role does not require software development or in-depth technical skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop and maintain cordial professional relationships internally and externally. Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team and able to use your own initiative. Proven ability to manage a pipeline and work towards a sales target, both individually and as a team. The role is remote-based, although you will be required to travel to their Bristol HQ circa once per month.
