REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience in the FX industry, with a focus on selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients. Demonstrated success in securing high-value deals and consistently surpassing sales targets. Comprehensive understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, market trends, and a well-established network of institutional clients, such as banks, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms. Proven experience in collaborating with and growing relationships with Introducing Brokers. Outstanding sales expertise, coupled with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, supported by a compelling communication style. Capable of performing effectively in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment. Highly self-driven, well-organized, and experienced in utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
