Overview : We are seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Development Manager. This pivotal role involves leading business growth initiatives in the logistics sector, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying new market opportunities and possess exceptional skills in negotiations and stakeholder management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively schedule and lead meetings with potential clients to explore new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships. Promote the company’s products and services by understanding and addressing client needs effectively. Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Utilize extensive market knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities, positioning the company as an industry leader. Showcase exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure successful deals and establish strong client relationships. Prepare detailed reports to monitor business progress, client interactions, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Engage with leads, convert them into loyal clients, and maintain strong relationships through outstanding customer service. Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences, expanding the company’s network and fostering connections. Implement effective B2B sales strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth. Leverage a robust professional network to uncover new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that support the company’s goals. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience in the FX industry, with a focus on selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients. Demonstrated success in securing high-value deals and consistently surpassing sales targets. Comprehensive understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, market trends, and a well-established network of institutional clients, such as banks, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms. Proven experience in collaborating with and growing relationships with Introducing Brokers. Outstanding sales expertise, coupled with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, supported by a compelling communication style. Capable of performing effectively in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment. Highly self-driven, well-organized, and experienced in utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
