Key Responsibilities : New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure enterprise-level opportunities through strategic outreach and strong relationship-building. Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, pitching tailored solutions, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust multi-sector sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Strategic Insights: Provide input to influence the company’s direction and uncover future opportunities. Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth customer transition post-sale. Sales Reporting: Prepare reports, manage tenders, and deliver compelling sales presentations. Qualifications : Experience: 3+ years in business development, logistics, or supply chain roles, with a track record of managing complex sales processes. Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently exceed targets. Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
