We are seeking a dynamic business development leader for the UK market who will leverage our existing position and customer base and establish Kameleoon as the premier experimentation platform in the region. You will work closely with Kameleoon’s COO and be heavily supported by the existing dedicated team for the UK territory (SDR, Partnerships, pre-sales, marketing, and CSMs). This position can either be based in London (UK) or in our headquarters in Paris (France) : if you want to join an international team at a fast-growing software company, then this role could be right for you.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy to generate leads, convert opportunities, and secure new business in the UK: Identify business leads through email, phone prospecting, and ABM, with the help of one SDR Present our solutions during one-on-one meetings and demos. Create and manage sales proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals. Respond to RFPs. Ensure pipeline visibility and predictability through meticulous activity reporting. You will be supported by a marketing team and Partnership Manager to help increase Kameleoon's brand awareness in the UK market. You will participate in: Organising customer acquisition events (partner events, breakfasts, happy hours, etc.) Developing and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and recognition. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential partners to expand Kameleoon's reach. Profile required

Position based either in London (UK) or in our headquarters in Paris (France): UK native or UK minded (having lived there and knowing the culture) Experience in the Experience Optimisation Platforms industry or a related field such as Digital Analytics and/or Data. At least 5 years of experience selling digital solutions to marketing and/or product teams using effective prospecting methodologies. Comfortable managing conversations and relationships with operational and C-level executives at enterprises.
