The Role The PSR Senior Business Development Manager – Services Procurement will work within a matrixed team who are focused on multiple service lines supporting a highly regulated public sector environment. You will report to the Client Director and will partner with the PSR leadership team and specialist teams to drive business development along with operational excellence and innovation with a leading focus on the Services Procurement PSR services; Statement of Work and the soon to be released Resource Augmentation. Key Accountabilities What you’ll be doing: Enable Operational Excellence by supporting Relationship and Operational Teams with new customers and service lines through implementation Attend relevant Government and customer events to promote the PSR Framework Maintain Data integrity of key growth data on stakeholder mapping etc Lead and own growth pipelines, in flight pipeline/forecast sentiments – working closely with Implementation and Relationship specialist teams and to be included in budgeting cycles supporting on existing customer growth Skills & Experience You’ll need to demonstrate: Must haves Experience of Business Development, Strategy and Account Planning of the delivery of Commercial Services Commercial experience in Statement of Work/Procurement of HR and/or Professional Services Demonstrable ability to build a position as a trusted advisor and engage and influence senior stakeholders towards a course of action Agile and resilient in response to change and uncertainty and the ability to lead through significant change Experience of supplying into public sector procurement services, or statement of work or resource augmentation services into large complex corporations Nice to haves Understanding of UK public sector regulatory, compliance and risk implications of business decisions Skilled at story telling with data – presenting data driven insights in a succinct and compelling manner Why AMS?
