As a

Partner Manager

in our Technical Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by selling complex technical solutions, including M&E design, heat decarbonization plans, and other related services. You will be responsible for managing key partner relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving a minimum Annual Contract Value (ACV) target of £1.5 million . The role requires a strong sales skillset, particularly in the technical or engineering sectors, and a proven track record of managing high-value partnerships. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to identify client needs, design tailored solutions, and close strategic sales. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy: Own and exceed a £1.5 million ACV sales target by driving partner-led sales of technical services such as, but not limited to, M&E design and heat decarbonization plans.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to engage key partners, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Identify new business opportunities within target markets, focusing on building and expanding relationships with partners, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential partners to facilitate sales and ensure mutual business growth.

Collaborate with partners to co-sell, develop joint marketing efforts, and support the sales process to drive pipeline growth.

Act as a trusted advisor, educating partners and customers on the technical aspects of our solutions, including energy efficiency, M&E design, and heat decarbonization.

Technical Expertise & Solution Selling: Leverage deep technical knowledge of M&E design, sustainability, and decarbonization to position our solutions effectively with partners and clients.

Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and manage the sales cycle from lead to close.

Work closely with the technical delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Sales & Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continually refine the sales strategy and identify new opportunities.

Report regularly on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to senior management.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand visibility and generate new business leads.

Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure partners have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market trends, product enhancements, and customer requirements to continuously improve offerings.

Skills required:

Strong technical knowledge and ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with heat decarbonization plans, M&E design, energy efficiency, and/or building sustainability is highly desirable.

HubSpot and pipeline management.

Excellent relationship-building and partner management skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving aggressive sales targets.

Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
