Senior Business Development Manager

you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new projects. Through consultative sales and relationship building, you will position Agrivert as the partner of choice for engineering and operational excellence in the AD market. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and operations teams, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs, while also working with marketing to strengthen Agrivert’s brand presence. Key Responsibilities New Business Development : Identify, bid for, and secure projects in Agrivert’s AD business. Drive Growth : Expand market share and increase revenue by reaching new customers. Build Relationships : Develop lasting client partnerships through a consultative approach. Market Insight : Analyse competitors, industry trends, and market conditions to shape strategies. Marketing Collaboration : Partner with marketing to create impactful campaigns and highlight Agrivert’s expertise. Representation : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise Agrivert’s profile. Client Feedback : Use customer insights to enhance service offerings and build loyalty. Skills and Experience Proven success in business development, ideally in project-based work. Excellent proposal and bid-writing skills with strong communication abilities. Experience negotiating and understanding legal contracts. A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to thrive under pressure. Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly biogas or biomethane, is an advantage. Why Join Agrivert?
