Role Information: As a Senior Business Development Officer, your role is key to the growth and success of our academy in Chiswick. You will oversee and coordinate business development teams across the South hair & beauty academies, ensuring consistent performance and effective communication while aligning with LCG goals. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential to manage diverse teams.

DUTIES
Drive performance across all South Business Development Officers against academy budget and targets Responsible for recruitment of learners across various government funding streams at Chiswick Identify and secure new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships and developing strategic approaches to meet revenue targets Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution Work closely with Academy Managers and internal departments (e.g. marketing, operations, and admin) Develop links with key external stakeholders (e.g. employers, schools, local authorities, community centres, and JCPs) to generate enrolments across all Hair and Beauty programmes Carry out all stakeholder-related recruitment activities, including pre-screening, interviewing learners, and completing eligibility checks Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and negotiations Provide ongoing support and impartial IAG throughout the learner journey Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and KPIs for all South Academies Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Head of Sales Create proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs Conduct your role in line with company values Comply with all relevant safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection policies Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times Commit to the company's values and prioritize learner wellbeing
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Experience in a sales role Customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Hair or beauty industry knowledge Ability and willingness to travel when needed
