Role mission: As a Senior Business Development Representative at CUBE, you will be responsible for driving our outbound activity and generating new leads for our sales managers within the Financial Services industry. You will often be the first point of contact with our prospective clients, so organisation, diligence and tenacity is key. Responsibilities: Gaining a good understanding of our target industry and organisations Identifying new business opportunities and conducting your own research to analyse prospective customer needs and challenges Driving top of the funnel outbound lead generation to our target industry using cold calling, email and social selling Securing meetings for the wider sales team and maintaining a solid pipeline of sales qualified leads Building your knowledge to a level where you can easily explain and demonstrate product offerings and answer questions on discovery calls with prospective clients Managing and keeping all personal data logged and up to date, including sales activities and account information in our CRM Building strong working relationships with members of the wider sales and marketing teams to ensure collaboration and project alignment What we’re looking for: 2 years experience in a lead generation / new business role with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets - selling to financial services customers in particular Experience working with sales enablement tools A genuine passion for outbound sales, someone who isn’t afraid of jumping on the phone and building new relationships with prospective customers Strong communication skills and an ability to confidently present a complex solution to key stakeholders Organisation & resilience – the role requires exceptional time and data management skills and someone that won’t become demotivated by rejections or objections A motivated individual with a growth mindset Our Products: RegPlatform is a technology platform that streamlines regulatory change management.
