The Senior Business Finance Controller will report to the Finance Director, you will be involved in a wide range of reporting and finance related activities. In this position you are responsible for different aspects of Trade and Financial Accounting, and you will be working in a dynamic, international, and challenging environment. These tasks require a deep understanding of various accounting processes, operating systems, IFRS, US GAAP and SOX requirements. Day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to, timely and accurate preparation of trade results and balance sheets for the business, preparation of group reporting, supporting management through the provision of high-quality financial information, build excellent working relationships with stakeholders locally and throughout the group, participate in projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, including system changes and development, assist with both internal and external audit processes, completing annual statutory accounts, ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance. To be successful in this role it is essential to, be a Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CGMA/CPA, have a minimum of 3 years experience auditing complex large businesses, have strong working knowledge of SAP and in-depth knowledge of IFRS. It would be an advantage to have experience with OneStream and have knowledge of US GAAP and SOX. The role is office based in Thame Oxfordshire and will include occasional international travel, working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Competitive salary.
