Join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst at YFR, where you’ll play a vital role within our Data Management & Insight team. About the Role This role is based in our Amersham office and offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home if required. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data, creating data models, and developing dashboards to provide key insights and support decision-making processes across the organisation. You will design and develop datasets, reports, and systems using Google Data Studio, Looker, and other tools, empowering a self-service reporting environment for your colleagues. Key Responsibilities Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards based on performance frameworks. Work with Google Data Studio and Looker, as well as other business intelligence tools, to create meaningful insights. Provide management information and data-driven recommendations to support key business decisions. Design and implement data models to ensure efficient reporting and analysis. Support colleagues by enabling self-service analytics and fostering a data-driven culture within the organisation. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need proven experience in analysing, interpreting, and presenting datasets using Google Data Studio, Looker, and other business intelligence tools. Strong experience with data modelling, data visualization, and reporting is essential, as well as proficiency in Excel and SQL. You should be comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels and enjoy helping others extract insights from reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will bring: Proven ability to present data and insights clearly, ensuring no room for ambiguity. Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Expertise in commissioning and evaluating research studies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident and proactive approach. Organised and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A strong client focus, with a genuine desire to enhance client experiences. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Salary This position offers a salary between £35,000 and £38,000, depending on experience.
