Senior Business Systems Support Analyst
to join our dynamic IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys making a real impact on system performance and user experience. This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2025, working 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Working fully remotely, you just need to be based within the UK.
As our Senior Business Systems Support Analyst, you will:
Provide technical support to staff and students, ensuring our software applications run smoothly.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business professionals to improve systems and solve complex problems.
Maintain and create technical documentation, while also offering training and mentoring to colleagues.
Lead business change projects and contribute to system integration and testing.
Is this you?
Proficiency in MS Office, SQL and database management is essential.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
A positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a similar role with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Experience with student records systems, eLearning platforms, or Crystal Reports would be desirable.
