Permanent Remote with Travel Salary Band: All Sector: Retail Salary: Competitive Salary + Pension, 25 days holiday (+bank holidays) Truly exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing food company. We are looking for an experienced food buyer to join this ambitious company and help them on their exciting journey. You need to be passionate about relationships, identifying new suppliers, and building long-term partnerships (European and Global suppliers). You will be commercially minded – great with numbers and negotiations. Previous experience in food procurement is an absolute must; you will have the relevant contacts and connections in place! We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of a group of key suppliers and juggle multiple projects, working with technical teams to launch new products to the market. A passion for food, NPD, and launching new products goes without saying. Remote working is available, but some travel will be required, particularly in the Poland/Central Europe region.
