Senior C# Developer Exciting opportunity for a Senior C# developer to work in telematics on EV charging! Working in a small dev team with a start-up feel within a larger business it is an exciting time to join. Working on emerging, customer and internal facing applications. This is a senior role so our client would welcome someone who can come onboard and bring expertise building a range of software using various .NET technologies. You will create new systems and extend functionality of existing applications, provide user support for internal and external users, be able to write functioning code while keeping an eye out for defects, be interested in crafting solutions to business problems, and work well in a global team. You will be expected to be able to keep up with modern technologies, adapt new programming processes, and take part in team discussions, planning, architectural and code reviews. Looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of commercial C# development and experienced with .NET core Web APIs. Someone with critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills who can work in an Agile, continuous delivery software development environment. Core skills include but not limited to: C# .NET core (.NET 5+) SQL, relational, object and key-value databases ORM technologies (Linq2DB, Entity Framework) Docker, Docker-Compose, Kubernetes, Git, DevOps, REST Cloud services, Azure Linux (advantageous) Microservices and message queues, RabbitMQ, CQRS Linq2DB, Entity Framework Core Nuget, JavaScript, Jetbrains products You will be developing, maintain new features into a microservices code base, writing and documenting services to integrate to and consume external APIs, maintaining existing systems which are web, micro-services and mobile-based, writing and maintaining Nuget packages, developing unit and integration tests, performing code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging systems and working with other teams to shape APIs. This is an excellent tech driven, innovative Agile client with a real drive to continuous improvement. The client can offer hybrid working, with time split between home and the office in Crewe.
