Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our transformation project. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing core business systems, integrating new solutions, and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development, a deep understanding of the Microsoft stack, and the ability to mentor others in the team. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of in-house applications. Architect and implement integration solutions for business-critical applications. Conduct complex problem analysis and develop long-term solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement technical requirements. Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of application updates and upgrades. Act as a technical leader and mentor for team members. Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to development best practices. Skills & Competencies Essential: Advanced proficiency in C# .NET MVC and Entity Framework. Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap. Strong knowledge of Web API / RESTful services. Experience with MS SQL Server, including advanced queries and optimization. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects. Desirable: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
