Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact As a Senior Campaign Operations Manager, you'll play an integral role in coaching and developing a team of Campaign Operation Managers as well as helping our global clients achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for configuration, trafficking, testing, and quality assuring client campaigns, both on and off-site. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, leading digital marketing business. Reporting to the Manager of Campaign Operations for Europe, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Media Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to produce high-quality results serving as a subject matter expert or facilitator as needed.

This is a hybrid role based in London.

What You’ll Achieve You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring a smooth launch of each campaign within the set deadline – prioritization is key. You will become an expert in our platforms and processes whilst working on conceptualizing and developing automation projects to be used company-wide. All our team members are provided an extensive training programme. You'll develop your hands-on experience and develop your leadership skills, a broad understanding of digital marketing and onsite personalization, from both a technical and commercial perspective. You will be responsible for configuration, trafficking, testing, and quality assuring client campaigns, both on and off-site. Who You Are What you’ll bring with you:

Experience configuring on or off-site campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages (ability to identify and construct CSS selectors). Demonstrable interest in digital marketing and tech. Keen attention to detail. An excellent team player with ambition and a desire to learn. Curiosity and an aptitude for problem solving. Strong time management and prioritization skills. A pro-active, self-starter that thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Adaptable, every day will provide a different challenge.

Why you might stand out from other talent:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent experience. Experience with Regular Expression and Javascript or Typescript knowledge. Experience in coaching and mentoring teammates.
