Senior Care Assistant - Care Home - Bank As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

Main Duties of the Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants.

Support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.

Respect the dignity and preferences of residents.

Create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is required. We're looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing individualised care and support. There are ongoing training opportunities available for career development.

Qualifications
