That's why we are currently looking to hire the very best Senior Carers to join our team, could that be you? You should be a qualified Senior Carer with a valid SVQ3 or equivalent with experience in the administration of medication and staff supervision, whilst being able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills working as part of a care team.

Along with a fantastic salary of up to £34,320 per annum (plus available overtime), we can offer you: Flexible, Permanent, Full-Time Shifts, 44 or 33 Hours Per Week Excellent Rate of Pay £15.00 per hour On-going Training & Career Development Opportunities Fantastic induction, training, and ongoing support to develop your skills and knowledge within the care industry Free Company Uniform Free Parking On-Site 28 Days Annual Leave Inclusive Of Bank Holidays Workplace Pension Scheme The Role: As part of a multidisciplinary team, our Senior Care Assistants have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care and outcomes for service users. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision as well as demonstrating procedures to and supervise SSSC registered care staff. Additionally, you will also direct, coordinate and supervise the work of other staff within the unit to promote best practice in relation to resident care.
