ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include: Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents Supporting residents at meal times Mentor & assist new employees Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents' specific needs Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants *This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties; please see the job description for full details.
