Senior Care Assistant Nights Required at Westbury Court Nursing Home in Westbury, Wiltshire, Part of The Country Court Family Hours:

Nights 33.45 or 45 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift times

07:45 pm - 8.00 am ) Westbury Court is located in Westbury, Wiltshire and provides residential, nursing, respite, palliative, and dementia care. Featuring 60 spacious rooms, the home also offers a comfortable lounge and dining room on each floor, as well as on-site hairdressing and a landscaped garden. ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include: Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents Supporting residents at mealtimes Mentoring & assisting new employees Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans to meet residents' specific needs Planning, allocating & supervising the work of the team of care assistants This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties; please see the job description for full details.
