who will be responsible for coordinating packages of care as they come in, ensuring effective delivery of care, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount. Allocating the right carer to the right customer at the right time Supporting the Care Manager with business development Recruiting the next generation of Helping Hands Care Assistants Ensuring all carer and customer records are up to date Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace.
