Senior Care Lead , you’ll be at the heart of our home’s success – guiding, supporting, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care that truly makes a difference. You’ll: Lead by Example:
Provide hands-on care that reflects Avante’s philosophy of combatting loneliness, helplessness, and boredom. Empower Your Team:
Supervise, coach, and develop care staff to meet the highest standards. Be the Go-To Leader:
Step in as the home’s supervisor when the manager or deputy is unavailable. Ensure Excellence:
Deliver care that’s safe, compassionate, and meets CQC standards. What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive, compassionate leader who: Thrives in a
people-first
environment. Is passionate about creating a positive, engaging culture for residents and colleagues. Can inspire and manage a team while championing continuous improvement. Is ready to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact every day! Has an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care Ready to Lead?
