If you've got experience in care and have previously helped to supervise a team, this could be the perfect role for you.

What's the job about?

As a Senior Carer, you'll combine hands-on care with team leader duties. Dispensing medication with accuracy and care, keeping detailed records as you go. This role is a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you'll need to feel comfortable juggling different tasks while always keeping our residents' happiness and wellbeing at the heart of what you do.

What makes a great Senior Care Practitioner?

We're looking for someone with experience working in a care home or similar environment, and ideally, you'll already have experience supervising and mentoring a team. You'll also need a Health and Social Care qualification (Level 3) or the commitment to work towards one. If you're caring, organised, and ready to step into a senior role at Mariposa Care, we'd love to hear from you!

What's it like to work here?

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where everyone's voice matters, and you'll have plenty of chances to develop your skills and progress in your career.

Why join us?

We know how important our Senior Carers are, so we make sure you feel appreciated and supported. Here's what we offer: Great pay with enhanced overtime rates (+£2 p/h) £500 in recognition payments during your first year with us. Unlimited £1,000 'Refer a Friend' bonus. Fully funded training and qualifications-including opportunities to develop your leadership skills. Annual pay reviews-we recognise your contributions. Private healthcare options to help with costs like dental or optical treatments. A caring, supportive workplace where you can thrive. Our recruitment process
