You will be part of a dedicated team of staff, who are child-centred in their approach and values-led in their practice. You will work closely with external professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to build a comprehensive programme of care for our children and ensure that they are happy, safe, and stimulated. Hours: This is a permanent, employed position, consisting of an average of 155-165 hours per month on a rota basis. Schedule: Day shift Night shift Overtime Weekends You will be required to do Sleep Ins, which will be paid at £50.00 per night.
