We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Care Supervisor to support and mentor our team of carers, ensuring exceptional, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor carers, providing guidance and training. Shape care plans to meet clients’ unique needs. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Train and support new carers. Requirements: Experience in care management or a supervisory role. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Strong leadership and communication skills. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Full driving license and willingness to travel. Benefits: Competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum, plus bonus and overtime opportunities. 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays).
