Responsibilities: Supervise/lead a team of carers (‘pod’ of 10 on average), providing guidance, support and training Assist in interviewing, selection, induction, training, and shadow visits for new carers Advise on care plans, ensure effective implementation and updating of our care software Coordinate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and management Requirements: Previous experience in a care management or supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients Driving license and willingness to travel within our areas of operation Benefits: Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum + Bonus and overtime opportunities 28 days paid Holidays (inc.
