As a Senior Care Worker, you'll be the superhero of our care team, providing top-notch support and care to our elderly service users. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes: Daily Care:
Assisting with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming ensuring our service users feel fresh and fabulous every day. Health Support:
Administering medications and monitoring health conditions, because a healthy life is a happy life. Emotional Well-being:
Offering companionship and emotional support, turning frowns into smiles and lonely moments into cherished memories. Fun Activities:
Planning and participating in engaging activities from games and crafts to lively conversations and strolls in the park. Team Leadership:
Mentoring and guiding junior care workers, sharing your wisdom and expertise. What We're Looking For:
Compassion & Empathy:
A heart that genuinely cares and understands the unique needs of the elderly. Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is equally important. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to connect with our service users and their families. Reliability:
