Senior Residential Support Worker
who is fun, resilient, and dedicated to supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to the care team. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards. Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their development and well-being. Oversee daily activities, promote positive behavior, and ensure safety. Lead by example, supporting staff through supervision, appraisals, and training. Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
or equivalent. Relevant
experience
in residential settings, particularly with young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Strong
leadership
and
communication
skills. Understanding of
safeguarding
and child protection protocols. Ability to manage and supervise
